1. No-Refund Policy
All payments made to MarketThrob™ for subscription access to the Global Macro Alpha Pass are final and non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual billing plans.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Partial months or partial years of unused subscription time
- Subscriptions cancelled after the billing date
- Dissatisfaction with AI analysis outputs or market data
- Changes in personal trading circumstances or strategy
- Failure to use the platform during an active subscription period
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account under your active subscriptions. Upon cancellation:
- Monthly subscribers: Access continues until the end of the current calendar month for which you have paid.
- Annual subscribers: Access continues until the end of the 12-month period for which you paid upfront.
No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
3. Technical Failures
If you are unable to access the platform due to a technical failure on our side that persists for more than 48 continuous hours, please contact us at support@marketthrob.com. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may offer a subscription extension or credit proportionate to the verified downtime period.
Temporary unavailability of individual data sources (prices, news, AI) does not constitute platform failure, as each feature has documented fallback systems.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that extraordinary circumstances occur. If you have a compelling situation — serious illness, bereavement, or documented technical failure directly attributable to us — email support@marketthrob.com with the subject line Refund Request — Exceptional Circumstances. Include your PayPal subscription ID and a description of the circumstances. We review each request individually and will respond within 5 business days.
Approval of exceptional circumstance refunds is at the sole discretion of MarketThrob™ and does not waive our general no-refund policy for future requests.
5. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@marketthrob.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with PayPal. We will investigate and resolve genuine billing errors promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with our support team may result in immediate account termination.
